As a member of our Podcast Team, you’ll support our podcast by identifying and reaching out to potential guests, including cybersecurity experts, industry professionals, and technology innovators.
Working closely with our host and production team, you'll research potential guest backgrounds, prepare brief profiles, and help facilitate the initial outreach.

Podcast Booking Specialist
2,000 - 3,000 JPY / hour | 10-15 Hours / Week | Japan

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn more about cybersecurity and gain experience in podcast production and guest relations.
This role focuses on identifying and booking Founders, CEOs, CTOs, and CISOs who can share unique insights on security and business leadership. Additionally, you’ll help our founder find relevant security and business podcasts to join as a guest expert.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and identify top-tier Founders, CEOs, CTOs, and CISOs from the cybersecurity, fintech, and business sectors as potential podcast guests
- Conduct outreach to prospective guests and manage the booking process from start to finish
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain clear communication with guests
- Research and identify relevant security and business podcasts for our founder to appear as a guest
- Provide support with guest onboarding and any related administrative tasks to streamline the process
The Ideal Candidate
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with podcast guest booking or public relations is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and schedule

- Rate - 2,000 - 3,000 JPY / hour plus incentives for successful bookings
