About SimplyCubed
SimplyCubed is an AI automation business. We deliver custom AI agents trained on a customer's own data and wired into the tools they already run, live in 2 to 5 weeks rather than the six months and $50K+ an enterprise build demands. Our agents take over real, repetitive work across sales, support, and operations: qualifying leads, resolving tickets end to end, and moving data between systems like Slack, HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, and Notion. Every agent ships with scoped access, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop controls, a discipline that comes from our founder's background running security for finance and payments companies.
We run a productized model: a repeatable offering delivered the same disciplined way every time, not bespoke project work. We operate as a fully remote, global team of people, specialists, and agents. We value quality over volume, systems that improve themselves over time, and the kind of methodical thinking that catches a problem before it reaches a customer.
The role
We sell one standard product, the AI Automation Sprint: a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a 2 to 5 week timeline, the same offering every time. This role converts and closes it. You take the meetings the pipeline books, from cold outreach, warm introductions, and inbound alike, confirm the buyer is a fit, and close the standard Sprint.
You will sit with a buyer, understand the manual, repetitive work that is costing them, and match that problem to the standardized Sprint. The skill here is fit and close: showing the buyer how the fixed-scope product solves their problem and getting to a yes. You do not design a bespoke solution or renegotiate scope per deal. The Sprint is the same product for every buyer, and your job is to figure out how it meets this buyer's need and to close it cleanly. Where the Sales Development Representative (SDR) books the qualified meeting, this role carries it to a signed Sprint and a clean handoff to delivery.
Work with us at the commitment that fits you, full-time, part-time, or per engagement, always as an independent partner and always fully remote.
What you'll do
- Work the meetings the pipeline books, sourced from cold outreach, warm introductions, and inbound like scorecard completers and Certified Agent Skills marketplace users showing Sprint intent
- Qualify fit against the standard product: confirm the buyer has the kind of manual, repetitive work the Sprint takes over, and qualify out the ones it does not fit
- Match the buyer's problem to the standardized Sprint, fixed scope, fixed price, 2 to 5 week timeline, and make the Done-For-You outcome obvious
- Close the standard Sprint: run the repeatable, teachable sales process end to end and get to a signed agreement without renegotiating scope deal by deal
- Hand delivery a clean, closed Sprint with the context they need, since the scope is the same standard product every time
- Feed what you hear from buyers back to the team, so the product and its positioning keep matching what closes
Who you are
You sell a standard product well, and you can tell fit from wishful thinking:
- A closer. You run a repeatable sales process to a decision on the meetings the pipeline books, however they were sourced, and you are comfortable asking for the yes on a fixed-scope, fixed-price product.
- Sharp on fit. You can tell early whether a buyer's problem matches the standard Sprint, and you qualify out the ones that do not rather than bending the product to fit.
- Fluent in the outcome, not the feature list. You connect a buyer's manual-work problem to the Done-For-You result of the standard Sprint and make the value plain.
- Product-disciplined. You sell the standardized offering as it is. You figure out how the product meets a buyer's need instead of inventing a custom scope for every deal.
Nice to have
Direct experience closing a standardized, productized offering, or running a repeatable, teachable sales process, is a plus but not required. The closing instinct and a clear read on fit matter more, and the specifics of our product are learnable on the job. If you have them already, even better.
There is a defined growth path from this role toward Account Manager for people who want to move from closing the standard Sprint to owning the relationship and the expansion that follows.
How we work
- Fully remote, asynchronous-friendly, global
- Direct collaboration with the founder, with real autonomy once direction is set
- Independent partners, not payroll staff, with the same investment in everyone
- Quality over count: a well-qualified Sprint that closes and lands beats three vague ones that stall
- Clear documentation and SOPs as a core deliverable, not an afterthought
Where this role sits
This is one tier of a capability ladder that runs from booking qualified meetings up to owning the whole sales process and the revenue outcome end to end. We meet you at the tier that fits you now and grow with you as the work and your capability line up.
- Sales Development Representative (SDR) Book meetings via cold outreach and warm/inbound leads. Inbound and outbound both; no separate BDR.
- Account Executive You are here Convert and close the standard Sprint.
- Account Manager Own relationships across the deal and the expansion after it.
- Head of Sales Own the sales process and the revenue outcome; not a people manager.
Per-outcome pay
SimplyCubed never pays by the hour. You are paid per outcome, for the delivered result that meets its acceptance criteria, so how fast you work is your upside, not ours.
A closed sprint pays 8 to 12% of its value. On a $10K to $20K sprint that is $800 to $2,400 per deal you close.
To apply
Tell us about a product or offering you closed: how you qualified the buyer's fit, how you ran the process to a yes, and how it turned out. We care more about how you think than about a polished résumé.
