The role

This role books qualified meetings. You get them two ways: through cold outreach, done professionally by phone, email, and any other channel that reaches the right person, and by working the warm and inbound leads that come to us. Both matter, and this role is comfortable with both. This one role covers both inbound qualification and outbound prospecting; there is no separate BDR role.

Cold outreach is core and expected here, done well. You research the right people, reach out with a reason they care about, and earn the meeting. Alongside that, warm introductions stay our highest-converting channel, and our Niche Famous content engine sends inbound, scorecard completions and booked calls, that you qualify and work the same way. You will qualify early, before anyone's time is spent, so the meetings you book are with people who actually have the kind of manual, repetitive work our agents take over.

What you'll do

  • Book qualified meetings through cold outreach, by phone, email, and any other channel, done professionally and with a reason the prospect cares about
  • Work warm introductions and existing relationships into booked meetings, still our highest-converting channel
  • Catch and work the inbound the funnel sends, scorecard completions and booked calls, qualifying each to the same early fit standard
  • Qualify early: work out whether a prospect has the kind of manual, repetitive work our agents take over before anyone's time is spent
  • Keep the top of the pipeline healthy, with a steady flow of qualified meetings sourced both cold and warm
  • Hand a booked, qualified meeting to the person who closes it, with the context they need to pick it up cleanly
  • Track every conversation and follow up on schedule, so no prospect and no warm relationship gets dropped

Who you are

You can get a meeting with someone who has never heard of us, and someone who was introduced:

  • Comfortable with the cold ask. You can pick up the phone or write the email to someone who does not know you yet, and you make it worth their time. You do not wait for a warm intro to do the work.
  • A natural connector too. You work relationships and referrals as well as cold lists, and you know a warm intro converts best when you can get one.
  • Good judgment on fit. You can tell early whether there is a real problem worth solving here, and you qualify out when there is not.
  • Organized about follow-up. You keep track of every conversation and follow up on schedule, so none goes cold.
  • Human in your outreach. Your outreach reads like a person, cold or warm, not a canned script, which keeps warm introductions worth using.

Nice to have

Direct experience in sales development, cold outreach, partnerships, or any meeting-booking role is a plus but not required. The instinct for fit and the discipline of follow-up matter more, and the specifics of our offering are learnable on the job. Personal brand-building, your own audience or network you can open doors through, is a welcome plus.

This role sells one standard product, so you are booking meetings for a productized offering, not scoping custom work. There is a defined growth path from here toward Account Executive and, beyond it, Account Manager, for people who want to move from booking meetings to closing and owning them.

Per-outcome pay

SimplyCubed never pays by the hour. You are paid per outcome, for the delivered result that meets its acceptance criteria, so how fast you work is your upside, not ours.

Each qualified meeting held, not just booked, pays $75 to $100. It pays when the meeting actually happens, so it rewards meetings worth taking, not raw bookings.
