Every agent ships with scoped access, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop controls, a discipline that comes from our founder's background running security for finance and payments companies.

We operate as a fully remote, global team of people, specialists, and agents. The role

This role owns the sales process and the revenue outcome end to end. Instead of running one stage of a deal, you take partner accountability for the whole thing: the pipeline, the outreach, the close, and the expansion, owned as one system and one number.

Read the title plainly. This is a process and revenue owner, not a people manager. We have no managers and no team leads, and this role does not manage anyone. What you own is the repeatable system the earlier tiers run and the revenue it produces. At our scale the role is hands-on: you still do outreach, cold and warm, still close deals, still build the connections, and you own the process by running it, not by supervising people who run it. That is the change in kind that sets this tier apart, and we pitch it that way.

Owning a number here means partner accountability for an outcome, the way a founder owns it, not something assigned to you from above.

What you'll do

  • Own the sales process end to end: the pipeline, the outreach, the close, and the expansion, as one accountable whole
  • Stay hands-on: keep booking meetings through cold outreach and warm channels, keep closing, and keep building the connections yourself
  • Take partner accountability for the revenue outcome the way a founder does, a number you own rather than one assigned to you
  • Own the repeatable system the booking, closing, and account roles run, keeping warm introductions central and cold outreach productive
  • Set the standard and the SOPs behind both the cold and warm motions, so the process holds as it grows
  • Decide where to spend effort when the picture is not yet clear, and be accountable for the call rather than waiting for certainty
  • Feed what you learn in the field back into positioning and the offering, so what we sell matches what actually closes

Who you are

You own the result, and you measure yourself by revenue that showed up, not activity that happened:

  • Radical ownership of the process and the number. You own the whole motion end to end and move it, across every stage.
  • Hands-on, not hands-off. You are still comfortable doing the outreach and closing the deal yourself. You own the system by running it, and you are not looking for a role that manages people.
  • Fluent across the deal. You can book, qualify, close, and expand, and you hold them together as one system rather than four separate handoffs.
  • Comfortable with cold and warm alike. You keep warm introductions central and run cold outreach professionally, and you build a process that does both well.
  • A high tolerance for ambiguity. You can take an unproven motion and decide where to push without a perfect read, then correct fast when the results come in.

Nice to have

Prior experience owning a sales process and a revenue outcome end to end, rather than a single stage of it, is a strong plus, as is having built a repeatable motion that runs on both cold outreach and warm introductions. Personal brand-building, an audience or network of your own, is a welcome plus. None of it outweighs genuine ownership of the outcome and a level head in ambiguity.

This is the most advanced tier of the capability ladder. The other sales roles, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Account Executive, and Account Manager, build toward it, and people who want to own the whole process and the number can grow into this seat.

This is one tier of a capability ladder that runs from booking qualified meetings up to owning the whole sales process and the revenue outcome end to end. We meet you at the tier that fits you now and grow with you as the work and your capability line up.

  1. Sales Development Representative (SDR) Book meetings via cold outreach and warm/inbound leads. Inbound and outbound both; no separate BDR.
  2. Account Executive Convert and close the standard Sprint.
  3. Account Manager Own relationships across the deal and the expansion after it.

Per-outcome pay

SimplyCubed never pays by the hour. You are paid per outcome, for the delivered result that meets its acceptance criteria, so how fast you work is your upside, not ours.

You earn a 2 to 4% override on all closed revenue, plus the pay on your own deals.
