These roles form three capability ladders, engineering, marketing, and sales, each running from an entry craft up to owning a whole outcome. We meet you at the tier that fits you now and grow with you as the work and your capability line up.

Engineering owns what we deliver. Marketing owns the demand for it. Sales owns turning that demand into revenue.

Pay is per outcome, never by the hour. Work is priced by the level of the task, not the person, and open to anyone qualified at that tier or above. Every task has clear acceptance criteria and a completion window, and each role page shows what it pays. This is a vetted network: joining takes an application and a test, not open enrollment.
