About SimplyCubed

SimplyCubed is an AI automation business. We deliver custom AI agents trained on a customer's own data and wired into the tools they already run, live in 2 to 5 weeks rather than the six months and $50K+ an enterprise build demands. Our agents take over real, repetitive work across sales, support, and operations: qualifying leads, resolving tickets end to end, and moving data between systems like Slack, HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, and Notion. Every agent ships with scoped access, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop controls, a discipline that comes from our founder's background running security for finance and payments companies.

We run a productized model: a repeatable offering delivered the same disciplined way every time, not bespoke project work. We operate as a fully remote, global team of people, specialists, and agents. We value quality over volume, systems that improve themselves over time, and the kind of methodical thinking that catches a problem before it reaches a customer.

The role

Content only works if it reaches people on a reliable cadence, in the places they already are. This role owns that layer: running the channels day to day, getting the content out cleanly, and keeping the conversations going once it lands.

You will run the company channels on LinkedIn, X, and the company page, own the scheduling workflow through Buffer, and keep everything on voice and reading like a person wrote it. Where the Content Producer makes the content, this role gets it into the world and keeps the audience engaged with it.

Work with us at the commitment that fits you, full-time, part-time, or per engagement, always as an independent partner and always fully remote.

What you'll do

  • Run the company channels day to day, LinkedIn, X, and the company page, publishing on a steady, reliable cadence so the channels never go quiet
  • Own the scheduling workflow through Buffer: the queue, the calendar, and the posting slots for each channel
  • Hold a consistent, human voice across every channel, so everything reads like a person wrote it and stays on brand
  • Handle community and engagement: reply, comment, and keep conversations going where the audience already is, warming the relationships that become the highest-converting input to pipeline, warm intros
  • Make sure every piece gives readers a clear next step, and that clicks can be attributed to the channel they came from
  • Read the per-channel numbers in PostHog to see what is working, and adapt cadence and format to what the numbers reward rather than posting the same thing everywhere
  • Work from real numbers on what each channel is producing, and hand clean data to the Growth Marketer to attribute
  • Work closely with the Content Producer so the queue stays full, and with the Growth Marketer so what goes out is measured, not guessed

Who you are

You are an operator who likes a reliable cadence and owns the parts that keep it running:

  • Organized and dependable. You keep the queue full and the calendar accurate, and things go out on time.
  • A feel for social channels. You understand the norms of LinkedIn, X, and company pages, and what each one rewards.
  • Comfortable with the tools. You are at home in a scheduler like Buffer, and you have the editor's eye to keep everything reading like a person wrote it.
  • Responsive in community. You enjoy the back-and-forth, reply quickly, and keep conversations alive rather than posting and walking away.
  • Measures what you ship. You read the per-channel numbers in PostHog and let real engagement tell you what to run more of on each channel.
  • Comfortable with AI, with a human bar. You use AI across the publishing workflow to move faster, and you know where a human has to hold the line so nothing reads as filler. You are genuinely interested in AI automation, which is what we build.

Nice to have

Direct experience running brand or company channels, or working with a scheduling tool like Buffer, is a plus but not required. The operator fundamentals, cadence, judgment about each channel, and a light editor's eye, matter more, and the specifics are learnable on the job. If you have them already, even better.

There is a defined growth path from this role toward Growth Marketer for people who want to move from running the channels to designing and owning the growth system behind them.

How we work

  • Fully remote, asynchronous-friendly, global
  • Direct collaboration with the founder, with real autonomy once direction is set
  • Independent partners, not payroll staff, with the same investment in everyone
  • Quality over count: a few channels run well beats a dozen run thin
  • Clear documentation and SOPs as a core deliverable, not an afterthought

Where this role sits

This is one tier of a capability ladder that runs from producing content up to owning pipeline as an outcome across the whole engine. We meet you at the tier that fits you now and grow with you as the work and your capability line up.

  1. Content Producer Turn the expert's raw material into finished posts, carousels, and clips.
  2. Channel Operator You are here Distribute and run the channels day to day, on a reliable cadence.
  3. Growth Marketer Design and own the growth system and its measurement, not the prose.
  4. Demand Engine Owner Own pipeline as an outcome, the whole engine end to end.

Per-outcome pay

SimplyCubed never pays by the hour. You are paid per outcome, for the delivered result that meets its acceptance criteria, so how fast you work is your upside, not ours.

Running one channel on a defined cadence pays $300 to $600 per month per channel. Run more than one and the pay adds up per channel.

To apply

Tell us about a channel or account you ran: how you kept it consistent, how you grew the audience or engagement, and one thing you changed that made a real difference. We care more about how you think than about a polished résumé.
