About SimplyCubed

SimplyCubed is an AI automation business. We deliver custom AI agents trained on a customer's own data and wired into the tools they already run, live in 2 to 5 weeks rather than the six months and $50K+ an enterprise build demands. Our agents take over real, repetitive work across sales, support, and operations: qualifying leads, resolving tickets end to end, and moving data between systems like Slack, HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, and Notion. Every agent ships with scoped access, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop controls, a discipline that comes from our founder's background running security for finance and payments companies.

We run a productized model: a repeatable offering delivered the same disciplined way every time, not bespoke project work. We operate as a fully remote, global team of people, specialists, and agents. We value quality over volume, systems that improve themselves over time, and the kind of methodical thinking that catches a problem before it reaches a customer.

The role

This is the analytical seat on the marketing team. It owns the system that turns content into pipeline: the go-to-market SOPs, the measurement, and the growth loop that ties them together. It is explicitly not a copywriting role. The Content Producer and Channel Operator own the prose and the posting; you own whether it works.

You will instrument the funnel with PostHog and UTM attribution so every channel can be read on real numbers, run paid as small, gated experiments after organic proof, and keep the production loop measured. You will run the Niche Famous model: the subject-matter expert as the face of the brand, a strong differentiated point of view, an extract-once, multiply-many production loop, relentless retargeting of the ideal customer, and paid spend that only scales after organic has proven the message.

Work with us at the commitment that fits you, full-time, part-time, or per engagement, always as an independent partner and always fully remote.

What you'll do

  • Own the growth system end to end: the go-to-market SOPs, the measurement, and the loop that turns content into qualified conversations
  • Instrument the funnel with PostHog analytics and UTM attribution, so every channel, campaign, and format can be read on real numbers rather than opinion
  • Instrument and read the capture side too, not just generation: the scorecard as the top-of-funnel intent signal, directory and review traffic, and the booked call as the one conversion every channel is measured against
  • Own the free-tool and scorecard time-to-value, activation as a number you measure in PostHog, so a prospect reaches a value moment self-serve before any call
  • Own the skills-marketplace product-led loop, a self-serve path from first use to a Sprint, instrumented end to end so you can read where it converts and where it leaks
  • Surface the numbers the producer and operator read, so the people making and shipping content can see what is working without owning the instrumentation
  • Run paid as small, gated experiments: no scale spend until organic has proven the message, then scale only what the data earns
  • Run the Niche Famous model: the subject-matter expert as the face of the brand, a strong differentiated point of view, and relentless retargeting of the ideal customer
  • Keep the extract-once, multiply-many production loop measured, so the team knows which cuts and formats actually move the number, not which ones simply felt good
  • Partner with the Content Producer and Channel Operator on what to make and where it runs, while you own the analytics and the loop, not the words

Who you are

You are an analytical marketer who lives in the numbers and designs the system around them:

  • Systems and measurement first. You design SOPs and instrument funnels, and you trust a measured result across many cases over a single post that happened to do well. You keep the scoreboard small, the few numbers that actually move the business, and you resist vanity metrics that aren't on it.
  • Fluent in analytics. You are comfortable with PostHog or similar, UTM attribution, and reading a funnel end to end to find where it leaks.
  • Disciplined about paid. You hold the line on paid. You do not scale spend on a message organic has not yet proven, and you cut what the data does not support.
  • Not a copywriter, and clear about it. You own the growth loop and the measurement the producer and operator read. The prose and the posting belong to them; you keep the numbers accurate.
  • Comfortable with AI, with a human bar. You use AI across the growth workflow and have judgment for where it helps and where a person has to hold the bar. You are genuinely interested in AI automation, which is what we build.

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with PostHog or a similar product-analytics tool, building UTM attribution, or running paid experiments to a real budget is a plus but not required. The analytical instinct, designing the system and reading what the numbers actually say, matters more, and the specific tools are learnable on the job. If you have them already, even better.

There is a defined growth path from this role toward Demand Engine Owner for people who want to take that analytical depth and own pipeline as a whole outcome.

How we work

  • Fully remote, asynchronous-friendly, global
  • Direct collaboration with the founder, with real autonomy once direction is set
  • Independent partners, not payroll staff, with the same investment in everyone
  • Quality over count: a small set of well-measured loops beats a pile of campaigns nobody can read
  • Clear documentation and SOPs as a core deliverable, not an afterthought

Where this role sits

This is one tier of a capability ladder that runs from producing content up to owning pipeline as an outcome across the whole engine. We meet you at the tier that fits you now and grow with you as the work and your capability line up.

  1. Content Producer Turn the expert's raw material into finished posts, carousels, and clips.
  2. Channel Operator Distribute and run the channels day to day, on a reliable cadence.
  3. Growth Marketer You are here Design and own the growth system and its measurement, not the prose.
  4. Demand Engine Owner Own pipeline as an outcome, the whole engine end to end.

Per-outcome pay

SimplyCubed never pays by the hour. You are paid per outcome, for the delivered result that meets its acceptance criteria, so how fast you work is your upside, not ours.

This tier pays a base of $1,000 to $2,000 per month plus a bonus for every qualified lead you generate, so the demand you create shows up in your pay.

To apply

Tell us about a growth system or funnel you instrumented and improved: how you measured it, what the numbers told you, and a decision you made because of them. We care more about how you think than about a polished résumé.
