We deliver custom AI agents trained on a customer's own data and wired into the tools they already run, live in 2 to 5 weeks rather than the six months and $50K+ an enterprise build demands. Our agents take over real, repetitive work across sales, support, and operations: qualifying leads, resolving tickets end to end, and moving data between systems like Slack, HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, and Notion. Every agent ships with scoped access, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop controls, a discipline that comes from our founder's background running security for finance and payments companies.

We operate as a fully remote, global team of people, specialists, and agents. The role
This role is different in kind from the other marketing roles, and we want to be straight about that. Instead of running one layer of the system, production, distribution, or measurement, you own pipeline as an outcome and run the whole demand engine end to end.
It is the most advanced tier of the capability ladder, and we pitch it that way: the craft of each layer is a given, and what sets the role apart is owning the number the whole engine produces, not any single channel or campaign. You run the Niche Famous model at scale, the subject-matter expert as the face, a strong differentiated point of view, an extract-once, multiply-many production loop, relentless retargeting of the ideal customer, and paid run as gated experiments after organic proof, and you decide where to push next when the data is not yet clear.

What you'll do
- Own pipeline as an outcome across both engines: Demand Generation, becoming known to the niche through content, warm relationships, and reputation, and Demand Capture, turning that recognition into booked calls through the scorecard, directory profiles and reviews, and the site
- Own the conversion the whole engine points at, the booked call, and the top-of-funnel capture asset that feeds it, the scorecard that quantifies the cost of manual work
- Be accountable for the warm-intro-fed pipeline as the highest-converting input, orchestrating and measuring it alongside the founder who is the face making the intros, with content run as the surround-sound that makes those intros warmer
- Run the whole demand engine end to end, production, distribution, measurement, and paid, wired into one system that compounds
- Own the product-led motion as part of that engine: the free tools and scorecard as the self-serve wedge, the skills marketplace as a product-led surface, and product-led onboarding of end users to reduce time-to-value
- Run the Niche Famous model at scale: the subject-matter expert as the face, a strong differentiated point of view, extract-once, multiply-many production, relentless retargeting of the ideal customer, and paid that only scales after organic proof
- Decide where to invest next when the data is ambiguous, and be accountable for the call rather than waiting for certainty
- Set the standard and the SOPs the producing, distributing, and measuring roles run against, and own the read on the whole engine, from the earliest signals through to calls booked and pipeline, so the engine holds as it grows
- Feed what the market tells you back into positioning and the offering, so demand and product stay in step
Who you are
You are a builder and an owner in equal measure, and you measure yourself by the pipeline that showed up, not the campaigns that ran:
- Ownership of an outcome, not a channel. You own the number the engine produces and move it, across every layer.
- Fluent across the whole engine. You can go deep on production, distribution, measurement, or paid, and you hold them together as one system rather than four separate jobs.
- A high tolerance for ambiguity. You can take an unproven market and decide where to push next without a perfect read, then correct fast when the data comes in.
- Range from strategy to execution. You can set direction and positioning and then get into the funnel and the numbers in the same week.
- Comfortable with AI, with a human bar. You run an AI-native engine, using AI across the workflow while keeping the human judgment that keeps it on brand. You are genuinely interested in AI automation, which is what we build.
Nice to have
Prior experience owning demand generation or growth as a whole outcome, rather than a single channel, is a strong plus, as is having built a content-led engine from organic proof into disciplined paid. None of it outweighs owning the number and making good calls when the data is unclear.
This is the most advanced tier of the capability ladder. The other marketing roles, Content Producer, Channel Operator, and Growth Marketer, build toward it, and people who want to own the whole engine can grow into this seat.

Per-outcome pay
SimplyCubed never pays by the hour. You are paid per outcome, for the delivered result that meets its acceptance criteria, so how fast you work is your upside, not ours.
You earn 5 to 10% of the sprint revenue your pipeline generates. Own the engine, and the pay scales with the pipeline you build.
